Processing

Three steps forming process:

1. Flat cloth sheet processing

2. Tailor, pre-folding, put in tap belt

3. Sew up

One step fabric forming, non-woven, with high reliability and efficiency

Reliability

Need high quality seam line which reduce also overall reliability
           
     The tube/cell need to be formed by the seam line, when the line broken, it returns to piece of cloth sheet.
     Seam line with low strength compared to the tube material is the week point of the solution

The mesh space between fibers is rectangular, resulting in large mesh space, which is easy to be hooked by iron wire and can not be pulled, shown as below
           
         Longitude and latitude weaving mode

Non-woven preformed “O” structure for each single cell, much more reliable
           
     Natural formed “O” type cell, keep good shape, uniform strength at each part, no dependence of seam line, supporting multiple cell joint deployment, high reliability, low labor intensity.

The mesh space between the fibers of the tube is spiral, so that the mesh space is small and is not easy to be hooked by the iron wire
